Todd Adams
Chairman and CEO

Todd heads the Milwaukee-based leader in sustainable water solutions that enhance health, safety and the environment. Our portfolio includes drinking water, water safety and control, hygienic and environmental and flow systems products for the spaces where people live, work, learn and play. He was appointed chief executive officer in 2009 and elected chair of the board in 2020. Todd joined the company in 2004 as vice president, treasurer and controller. As senior vice president & chief financial officer in 2007, he spearheaded the acquisition of Zurn Industries and the creation of the company’s Water Management Platform, which nearly doubled the size of the business and laid the groundwork for the company’s 2021 transformation into Zurn Water Solutions, a pure-play water business. Todd serves as a member of the board of directors of Badger Meter, Inc., is chair of Marquette University’s board of trustees and serves on the boards of Children’s Wisconsin and Hunger Task Force.

Mark Peterson
Chief Financial Officer

As senior vice president & chief financial officer, Mark is responsible for all financial functions of the company including treasury, controllership, cash management and investor relations. Mark joined the company in 2006 as chief financial officer of the Flat Top division, before moving into the corporate vice president & controller role. In 2011 he was promoted to his current role, through which he guided the 2021 sale of the Process & Motion Control business and the 2022 combination with Elkay Manufacturing. Prior to joining the company, Mark spent five years as corporate controller of Gehl Company. He began his career with KPMG, where he spent seven years as sr. manager - audit. Mark earned his BBA from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Craig Wehr
Executive Advisor

Before moving into his current role in January 2024, Craig served as the company's chief operating officer. Craig joined the company in 1993 as sales manager of the southeast region, steadily taking on roles of increasing responsibility in the sales, marketing and business development functions, from national sales manager of the Sanitary-Dash Mfg. sector and vice president of sales & marketing for the Commercial Brass sector. He moved into the Zurn Industries sector in 2006 to lead business development, then was named vice president & general manager of Zurn’s specification drain business. For nearly 10 years, Craig served as president of Zurn Industries and Zurn Water Solutions, until stepping into his current role following the 2022 combination with Elkay Manufacturing. He holds a BS in business administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.

Jeffrey Schoon
President

As president, Jeff is responsible for implementing the company’s customer-first commitment, accelerating innovation and growth and delivering value for our customers, associates and shareholders. Jeff rejoined the company shortly after the 2022 combination with Elkay Manufacturing. From 2010 to 2021, he held roles of increasing responsibility, beginning as corporate director of the Rexnord Business System, later adding product management, marketing and commercial responsibilities, including roles as vice president & general manager of the Global Couplings and then Conveying segments. When the company sold its Process & Motion Control business to Regal Beloit, Jeff and his role as vice president & general manager moved to the new Regal Rexnord Corporation. He earned his BS and MS in manufacturing engineering technology from Western Illinois University.

Jeffrey LaValle
Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

As general counsel, Jeff is responsible for all legal strategy and support to the organization, and providing counsel to the executive leadership team and the board of directors. He is also responsible for the company’s governance, securities and ethics & compliance programs, and managing all legal risks and exposures across the company. Jeff joined the company in 2013 as assistant general counsel and became general counsel in 2021. Prior to Zurn Elkay, Jeff was a partner at Quarles & Brady LLP, a full-service law firm headquartered in Milwaukee, where he focused on securities law, mergers and acquisitions and general business law. Jeff currently serves on the board of directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee. He earned his BS in criminology and law studies from Marquette University and his JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Sudhanshu Chhabra
Vice President, Zurn Elkay Business Systems

As vice president of the Zurn Elkay Business System (ZEBS), Sudhanshu leads the system that connects its processes, purpose and values to give associates tools for continuous improvement. The Zurn Elkay Business System focuses on core business processes grouped into five focus areas: People, Purpose, Plan, Process and Performance. Sudhanshu joined the company in 2014 as president & regional executive for India and Middle East, and he also held the role of president of the Consumer and Process & Motion Control sectors. Prior to joining the company, Sudhanshu spent nine years with Danaher Corporation, where he led the Gilbarco Veeder-Root business as the managing director - India and subsequently as president - Asia. Sudhanshu earned his BTech in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and holds an MS in mechanical engineering from the Ohio State University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Michael Troutman
Chief Information Officer

As chief information officer, Mike is responsible for the information technology function and the strategy, delivery, and results for strategic initiatives associated with digital transformation, including the development and the growth of the connected solutions business. Mike joined the company in 2007, implementing industry-leading IT solutions, modernizing business processes and leading customer experience functions and initiatives. Moreover, Mike led the company’s overall digital transformation, including demand generation and omnichannel IIoT-connected products, and numerous technology pilots designed to enhance, optimize, automate and secure business processes. He earned his BS in computer & information science from the University of Delaware and his MS in management from Purdue University’s Daniels School of Business.
